EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On September 18, 2018, "Discussion of sending a letter to APS (Arizona Public Service) asking for the utility to refrain from influencing politics), a Future Agenda Item Request (FAIR) received two votes placing it in the queue for further Council consideration. On November 27, 2018, this item received the requisite number of votes to continue consideration for action. The proposed letter to send to APS is not available at this time, but will be attached and sent prior to the December 4, 2018 Council meeting or provided on the Dais.
