STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission forward the annexation request to the City Council with a recommendation for approval in accordance with the recommended considerations.
Executive Summary:
The subject site is currently developed with a single building that has most recently been used as an automobile repair garage and rental truck operation in the Heavy Commercial (CH-10,000) Coconino County zoning district. A new site plan has been developed and reviewed, a copy of the plan is attached to this report. The proposed development for this site includes a Chipotle restaurant including dive-thru service. This site is proposed, after annexation, to be combined with the adjacent property to form one development site that will include a Dunkin Donuts (drive-thru only) and a Verizon retail store.
