Findings:
The project proposes to demolish the 71 year old Newman Center and replace with a new facility. The propose replacement is has a more church like appearance integrated into its multi-use aspects as a student related facility.
The mid-century design of the Newman Center needs to be documented at a minimum with a Cultural Resource "Letter Report".
