EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Champions of Team Flagstaff conducted an all employee survey in 2019:
- Survey was conducted between July 1 and October 31, 2019
- Survey was open to regular and temporary employees
- There were 461 respondents which was a 46% response rate
- There were 16 questions in the survey and the opportunity for narrative with each question
