Hunt Beaver, LLC requests Preliminary Plat approval for Beaver Street Condominiums (case number: PZ-17-00187-04). The subdivision consists of 8 residential condominium units located at 613 North Beaver Street. The condominium plat is on 0.33 acres and will developing under the T4N.1 (Transect) Zone.

STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with the findings presented in this report, forward the Preliminary Plat to the City Council with a recommendation for approval.

Executive Summary:

Hunt Beaver, LLC requests Preliminary Plat approval for Beaver Street Condominiums. The subdivision consists of 8 residential condominium units located at 613 North Beaver Street. The condominium plat is on 0.33 acres. The current zoning is CC (Community Commercial) with an optional T4N.1 (Transect) zoning that projects can opt into if they meet T4N.1 development standards. This project will develop under the T4N.1 (Transect) Zone and will officially adopt this zoning prior to building permit approval.
