Facilitate Council discussion with a review of the DRAFT Capital Improvements Program 5-Year Summary

- Seek Council consensus
- Endorse project funding/appropriations as programmed

- Grant funding and appropriations
- Partnership commitments

Utilize existing long-range plan(s) that identify the community's future infrastructure needs and all associated costs
