REQUESTED ACTION:
Review the Letter Report prepared by the Flagstaff HPO Mark Reavis, because the HPO can not approve his own report.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the letter report to allow for the demolition of 2 homes on the parcel to allow for the construction of the Lone Tree Overpass. HPO recommends that efforts be made to preserve the stone from the garage for potential incorporation into the Lone Tree Overpass project as mitigation for the demolition of the 2 homes.
Alternative Actions:
Accept the letter report to allow for the demolition of all structures on the parcel without conditions.
Has There Been Previous Commission Decision on This:
The Lone Tree Overpass project already includes the creation of public park space and public art tied to interpretations of the area's history and cutlure.
