FINDINGS:
A previous Cultural Resource Study (addressed 1500 Gemini) was reviewed and accepted by the HPC for the Mcmillan Mesa Village Zoning Amendment, which surveyed the entire subdivision that includes the new address 1800. HPO will continue to review submissions of the proposed school advising about inadvertent discoveries if any occur. No new Cultural Resource Study is required.
