TITLE:
Update on City Work - LASS/CAP or Regional Plan (5 minutes)

Executive Summary:
- LASS/CAP:
- The project is in the same phase as when we presented to the Sustainability Commission and staff are still working on gathering feedback from city staff, elected officials, and the Flagstaff community on the Code Concepts report.
- Staff will go to the City Council again in April or May to give them a shortened version of the presentation we gave to the Sustainability Commission, including the focusing on the questions at the end of the presentation.
- There will be a town hall with City Council and other partners, including City Commission representatives. It will be in June - exact date TBD. Staff are still in the early stages of planning this so stay tuned for more info.
- Regional Plan
- City staff is revising the Regional Plan based on the comments from the 60-day public review period. There is going to be a survey in April focused on some specific areas where staff needs more public input, complemented by a few open house events where people can participate in person. These opportunities will be announced on the Regional Plan website and newsletter shortly.
- There will be a Council retreat on Friday, May 2nd focused solely on the Regional Plan.
