FINDINGS:
Report reviewed and accepted by the Historic Preservation Officer. The building at 500 N. Beaver St. was determined not to be eligible for listing in the National, State, or Flagstaff Registers of Historic Places as an individual property or as a contributor to the North End Historic Residential District due to a lack of significance and integrity.
INFORMATION:
EnviroSystems Management Inc. (ESM) conducted a Letter Report Cultural Resource Study of the building at 500 N. Beaver St. (APN 101-09-010) ahead of planned work including accessibility upgrades and removal of an abandoned underground diesel fuel tank. This building has not been previously studied. It is located within the boundaries of the Flagstaff North End Historic Residential District, but was not evaluated with district buildings in 1985 because it was not yet 50 years old and is outside of the period of significance of the district.
