23 E. Fine Ave. Letter Report Cultural Resource Study

Report reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Officer, with the condition that the proposed project follows the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation such that the building will retain sufficient integrity for continued listing on the National Register of Historic Places. 

EnviroSystems Management Inc. (ESM) conducted a Letter Report Cultural Resource Study of the building at 23 E. Fine Ave. ahead of planned rehabilitation work to address structural issues with the foundation. This building, known as the Yaeger House, is listed as a contributor to the Flagstaff North End Historic Residential District and currently retains all aspects of integrity. The proposed work conforms to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation and the Heritage Preservation Officer will review future plan/permit submittals to ensure compliance with the Standards for Rehabilitation and that the work will have no adverse effects on the integrity of the Yaeger House.
