TITLE:
Presentation and Discussion of City-Owned Land for Housing
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
This presentation's purpose is to review and receive feedback from the Housing Commission regarding the presentation and staff recommendations that will be presented to City Council during a work session on September 9, 2025.
Executive Summary:
The City of Flagstaff has long utilized City-owned land for housing purposes. After a review of past projects and outcomes, staff will present the current parcels of land designated for use to further housing goals, including various considerations impacting the individual parcels, and make recommendations.
