Executive Summary:
Staff will provide a progress report on the 2026 Update to the Carbon Neutrality Plan (the CNP). The CNP is a living document that is regularly updated to reflect progress, integrate community feedback and improve its usability. This Plan update is primarily a redesign, and will not change the CNP's three overarching goals.
Staff are hosting two information sessions on the CNP Update in the coming weeks:
