Executive Summary:
HighGround Inc. is a Public Affairs consulting firm. Paul from HighGround will present the survey results from the Public Safety Community Survey conducted at the beginning of April 2026. The survey includes questions about the top issues facing Flagstaff, municipal services, and a public safety sales tax and bond.
Information:
The City of Flagstaff has been working with a Public Safety Citizen Committee and hired HighGround to conduct a community survey about public safety to inform the Citizen Committee and City Council. The Citizen Committee will be making a recommendation about a potential public safety ballot measure on the November 2026 election to City Council. This community survey provides valuable feedback from the community to consider when drafting this recommendation.
