EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On April 4, 2017, during a Future Agenda Item Request (F.A.I.R.) requested by Mayor Evans, she and others agreed to place on a future agenda a discussion about requiring For Sale signs at entrances of mobile home parks and written notification. This item is being placed on this agenda to provide an opportunity for Council to further discuss this item and possibly provide staff direction.
