TITLE:
Consideration and Adoption of Resolution No. 2019-29: A resolution of the City Council of the City of Flagstaff approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between Coconino County, the Coconino County Free Library District, and the City of Flagstaff for the administration, operation, maintenance and capital improvement at the Tuba City Library.

Executive Summary:
This intergovernmental agreement formalizes a longstanding relationship between the City of Flagstaff, Coconino County, and the Coconino County Free Library District; wherein, the County will provide general maintenance and capital improvement services at the Tuba City Public Library. The City of Flagstaff, as fiscal agent for the Library District, administers Library District funding to procure maintenance and capital improvement services from the County on behalf of the Tuba City Public Library.
Financial Impact:
The is no financial impact to the City budget. All funds expended under this intergovernmental agreement originate from the County Library District.
