Consideration of Appointment: City Manager.
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Appoint and approve the agreement for City Manager effective August 26, 2019 for the City of Flagstaff.
Executive Summary:
Barbara Goodrich has served as the City Manager since February 12, 2018. Given Manager Goodrich's intent to retire City Council conducted a nationwide recruitment for City Manager.

Financial Impact:
The City Manager salary and benefits are currently budgeted.

This appointment will not impact City policy.

The City Manager position is supportive in the planning and preparation of items connected to the Council Goals, Regional Plan and Team Flagstaff Strategic Plan.
