Executive Summary:
Funding will allow the Open Space Section to welcome, inform, and educate users of the regional preserve through strategically placed signage at entry points and along trails, thus promoting appropriate use, and providing educational opportunities for the community. The goal of this project is to install five welcome kiosks, and four interpretive signs.

Background and History:
Signage for the McMillan Mesa Natural Area is an objective identified in the Management Plan for Legally-Designated Open Space Properties that was adopted by City Council via Resolution in 2020.
