STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with the findings presented in the attached report and attachments, forward the Direct to Ordinance Zoning Map Amendment request to the City Council with a recommendation for approval.

Appointments: Incentive Policy for Affordable Housing and related Zoning Code Update Workgroup
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff is requesting that the Planning and Zoning Commission appoint two Commission members to a workgroup that will be utilized to provide recommendations to the Housing and Planning and Zoning Commissions on updates to the Incentive Policy for Affordable Housing (IPAH) and related modifications to the Zoning Code.
