NOTICE OF OPTION TO RECESS INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Heritage Preservation Commission and to the general public that, at this regular meeting, the Heritage Preservation Commission may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for legal advice and discussion with the City's attorneys for legal advice on any item listed on the following agenda, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3).

REQUESTED ACTION:
Accept the resubmitted Historic (Cultural) Resource Study for the Peris house, as submitted by Cornerstone Environmental Consulting,LLC.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the revised Cultural Resource Study with included edits of more imagery of Mill Town housing, maps, and working with descendants on further and accurate information. Mitigation in the form of one complete interpretive plaque installation at the Peris Home site and the inclusion of the cost of production of a second mitigation plaque with a donation to the Riordan Action Network, affiliated with Riordan Mansion State Park.The Peris House plaque text, layout and content produced by Cornerstone shall be shared with Riordan State Park so that an identical physical plaque can be produced and the text and photos for the Riordan Plaque be similar and interrelated. A small area shall be reserved for inclusion of a QR code to be added later for supplemental information supporting the concept of future additional installations along the Riordan Road corridor.
