The Flagstaff City Council humbly acknowledges the ancestral homelands of this area's Indigenous nations and original stewards. We celebrate their past, present, and future generations who will forever know this place as home.

- Approve the Joint Funding Agreement with the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) for a streamflow gage at Newman Canyon in the amount of $148,910 for the period of May 1, 2025 to September 30, 2029; and

Consideration and Approval of Amendment to Contract: Approve the Second Amendment to the Cooperative Purchase Contract with GovernmentJobs.com, DBA NEOGOV (NEOGOV), in the amount of $102,869.72.

STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff seeks direction on the Land Availability and Suitability Study and Code Analysis Project (LASS+CAP) draft Code Concepts Reports to identify the focus of the next phase, which includes refining the core development standards, incentives, and concepts into more detailed, actionable recommendations for either specific code amendments or further analysis.
