This meeting will be conducted both in-person in the Council Conference Room at Flagstaff City Hall, as well as online via Microsoft Teams. Members of the public are always welcome to attend and encouraged to participate. To join the online meeting, click on the meeting link above. To comment on a discussion item, please use the MS Teams Chat function: simply type in 'c' or 'q' to indicate to the Chair that you would like to comment. The Chair will then recognize you when it is time for public comment. Unmute yourself for your turn at public comment, then re-enable mute when finished.

OPEN CALL TO THE PUBLIC
 
At this time, any member of the public is allowed three minutes to address the PAC/BAC on any subject that is not scheduled before the Committee on that day. The Arizona Open Meeting Law prohibits the Committee from discussing or taking action on an item that is not listed on the prepared agenda. PAC/BAC members may, however, respond to criticism made by those addressing the Committee, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. To address the Committee on an item that is on the agenda, please wait for the Chair to call for Public Comment at the time the item is heard.
