Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the City Council and to the general public that, at this regular meeting, the City Council may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for discussion and consultation with the City's attorneys for legal advice on any item listed on the following agenda, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3).

The Flagstaff City Council humbly acknowledges the ancestral homelands of this area's Indigenous nations and original stewards. These lands, still inhabited by Native descendants, border mountains sacred to Indigenous peoples. We honor them, their legacies, their traditions, and their continued contributions. We celebrate their past, present, and future generations who will forever know this place as home.

STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Consideration and Approval of Planned Residential Development Allowances: Canyon Del Rio II, LLC requests Planned Residential Development (PRD) allowances for "The Terrace at Canyon Del Rio", a 129-lot subdivision on a 33.35-acre development site. The development will be located on two parcels within the Canyon Del Rio development area. Both parcels are within the Resource Protection Overlay (RPO).
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommend the City Council approve the use of PRD standards.
D.
Consideration and Approval of Planned Residential Development Allowances: Burch 6, LLC and Canyon del Rio II, LLC request Planned Residential Development (PRD) allowances for "Fourth St S Single Family", a 113-lot single-family subdivision. The development site will be located on two parcels. One of the parcels is within the Canyon del Rio development area. Both parcels are within the Resource Protection Overlay (RPO).
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommend the City Council approve the use of PRD standards.

Discussion of Rightsizing our Fleet
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff will discuss the City of Flagstaff Fleet and Equipment Directive and the ongoing initiative to "rightsize" the City's vehicle fleet. These efforts are part of the broader strategy to support city operations needs, the Carbon Neutrality Plan, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and improve operational efficiency. This item is for discussion and information sharing on the City's Fleet and Equipment directive that fulfills operational requests of Fleet, rightsizing efforts, and EV infrastructure. No action required.
