Call to Order
NOTICE OF OPTION TO RECESS INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Commission and to the general public that, at this meeting, the Commission may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for legal advice and discussion with the Commission's attorneys for legal advice on any item listed on the following agenda, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3).

Open call to the Public enables the public to address the Commission about an item that is not on the agenda. If you wish to address the Commission, please state your name and address for the record. The Arizona Open Meeting Law prohibits the Commission from discussing or taking action on an item which is not listed on the prepared agenda. The Commission members may, however, respond to criticism made by those addressing the Commission, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be place on a future agenda. Public comments should be limited to three minutes reading time.
