Downtown Regulating Plan Area Mobile Tour
Staff will provide general information regarding current zoning designations and development within the Downtown Regulating Plan area. The Council/Commission may visit anywhere within the Downtown Regulating Plan, but will focus on the following five locations:
1) South Leroux Street at East Phoenix Avenue
2) South San Francisco Street at West Butler Avenue
3) North Verde Street at East Birch Avenue
4) North Beaver Street at West Fine Avenue
5) North Park Avenue at West Cherry Avenue
There will be no formal discussion during the tour; discussion by the Commission will occur during their work session at 4:00 p.m. Transportation will be provided for the Council / Commission.
