Legal advice & contract negotiations related to an amendment to the Crestview Development Agreement

Legal advice regarding assessment by State pursuant to A.R.S. 35-121.01 related to Flagstaff’s minimum wage and City response.

Legal advice on the MOU Between Coconino County Health and Human Services and the Flagstaff Police and Fire Departments and the potential options for legal recourse
