Consideration and Approval of Preliminary Plat
Miramonte at Ponderosa Parkway PZ-17-00227-08
Ponderosa Parkway LLC requests preliminary plat approval for Ponderosa Parkway Condominiums—a 169-unit residential condominium subdivision at 1650 E. Ponderosa Parkway on 11.97 acres in the HR (High Density Residential) Zone.
Miramonte at Ponderosa Parkway PZ-17-00227-08
Ponderosa Parkway LLC requests preliminary plat approval for Ponderosa Parkway Condominiums—a 169-unit residential condominium subdivision at 1650 E. Ponderosa Parkway on 11.97 acres in the HR (High Density Residential) Zone.
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with the findings presented in the attached Staff Report, forward the preliminary plat to the City Council with a recommendation for approval.
Genevieve Pearthree, Planning Development Manager, gave a PowerPoint presentation on the proposed Preliminary Plat and answered questions from Commissioners.
