Discussion: Case No. PZ-19-00123: Request for a work session with the Planning and Zoning Commission to discuss the City’s request to amend the Zoning Code to create the Neighborhood Community Commercial (NCC) zone.
Daniel Symer, Zoning Code Manager, gave a PowerPoint presentation on proposed Zoning Code amendments and answered questions from Commissioners.

Discussion: Case No. PZ-19-00125: Request for a work session with the Planning and Zoning Commission to discuss the City’s request to amend the Zoning Code pertaining to the goals, policies, and implementation strategies of the High Occupancy Housing Specific Plan.
Moved by Marie Jones, seconded by Gaylene Soper to continue agenda item B related to PZ-19-00125 to next regular meeting on August 26, 2020.

Discussion: A request for a work session with the Planning and Zoning Commission on a concept to consider rezoning areas of the city to the proposed Neighborhood Community Commercial (NCC) zone.
