Moved by Councilmember Jim McCarthy, seconded by Councilmember Regina Salas to recess into Executive Session.

Legal advice regarding claim for just compensation filed by Northgate Holdings, LLC pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-1134 (Prop. 207) and binding waiver of enforcement.
