Forward Major Plan Amendment to City Council with a recommendation of approval.

Moved by Carole Mandino, seconded by P. Lloyd Paul recommend that the City Council approve the Carbon Neutrality Major Plan amendment, case PZ-21-00124 with the condition of removing the works “Attempt to” from E&C.3.6 to "Commit to equitably distribute the burdens and benefits of climate action policies and investments to all segments of the community"

Discussion: Draft Active Transportation Master Plan, presented by Martin Ince, Multimodal Transportation Planner
Martin Ince, Multimodal Transportation Planner, gave a PowerPoint presentation on the proposed Active Transportation Master Plan and answered questions from Commissioners.
