A presentation by Justyna Costa, Housing Manager regarding the Community Land Trust Program.

Housing Manager, Justyna Costa, provided a verbal presentation of the Community Land Trust Program.
Public comment was provided via email by Duffie Westheimer and read by Housing Specialist Adriana Fisher.
Commissioners had an extensive conversation about the Community Land Trust Program, asked questions, and provided input to staff.
Ms. Costa answered questions from Commissioners, with assistance from Housing Director Sarah Darr and Housing Analyst Jennifer Mikelson.

Ms. Darr provided a brief presentation, reviewed the last bond proposal to the City Council, and requested direction from Commissioners regarding the recommendation of a bond item in 2022.
Commissioners recommended to revisit 2020 recommendations as a Commission. Commissioner Joanna Wheaton, Commissioner Chris Kemmerly, and Commissioner Tad Riggs were absent for this discussion and recommendation.
