PUBLIC HEARING
A.
PZ-21-00282: A request by the City of Flagstaff for a Zoning Code Text Amendment to modify the existing Residential Sustainable Building Standards (Division 10-30.70).
Motion made by Chairperson David Zimmerman that the Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with the required findings, make a recommendation to the City Council for approval of the Zoning Code Text Amendment.
