Mayor Nabours called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m.

Moved by Mayor Jerry Nabours, seconded by Councilmember Scott Overton to recess into Executive Session.
Vote: 7 - 0 Passed - Unanimously
The Flagstaff City Council recessed into Executive Session at 8:34 a.m.
