Call to Order

Mayor Nabours called the Special Meeting (Executive Session) of February 17, 2015, to order at 4:33 p.m.

Others present: Interim City Manager Jeff Meilbeck and City Attorney Michelle D'Andrea

Recess into Executive Session.

Moved by Mayor Jerry Nabours, seconded by Councilmember Scott Overton to recess into Executive Session.

Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously

The Flagstaff City Council recessed into Executive Session at 4:33 p.m.

Executive Session:

Discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body; and discussions or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (7), respectively.
