Discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body; and discussions or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (7), respectively.

Provide legal advice and receive direction for contract and property negotiations related to possible grant of access easement to property owners at southeast corner of E. Linda Vista and Grandview Drives
ii.
Provide legal advice and receive direction for contract and property negotiations related to possible lease and development of 31.45 acres adjacent to Flagstaff Pulliam Airport
iii.
Provide legal advice and receive direction for contract and property negotiations related to possible commitment to loan funds to Flagstaff Senior Living related to a federal affordable housing grant application
