ABSENT

Others present: Interim City Manager Jeff Meilbeck and City Attorney Michelle D'Andrea.

Recess into Executive Session.

Moved by Mayor Jerry Nabours, seconded by Councilmember Jeff Oravits to recess into Executive Session.

Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously

The Flagstaff City Council recessed into Executive Session at 4:40 p.m.

Executive Session:

Discussions or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(7).

Property Negotiations - Pelota Court (NOT DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION)

Discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body; and discussions or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) & (7), respectively.

Possible Amendment to Lease/DA with Nestle-Purina

The Flagstaff City Council reconvened into Open Session at 5:12 p.m. at which time the Special Meeting (Executive Session) of August 25, 2015, adjourned.
