Legal advice and consultation to avoid litigation regarding the city’s position related to purchase of real properties for the Rio de Flag Flood Control Project, identified as Coconino County Assessor Parcel No. 103-01-007C owned by Flagtown Properties, LLC, and Coconino County Parcel No. 103-02-021 owned by Kings House, Inc.
