Consultation for legal advice to consider the City’s position in settlement discussions to resolve the pending condemnation proceeding, City of Flagstaff vs. Arizona Materials Property, LLC, and/or contract for purchase or lease of real property at 633 E. Brannen Avenue
ii.
Legal advice and contract negotiations on first amendment to Canyon Del Rio Development Agreement (PZ-18-00113-05) and Roadway Dedication Agreements for John Wesley Powell Extension (DA-24-00209 and DA-24-00209-01)
