Call to Order
Bob called the meeting to order at 12:36 p.m.  This meeting was held via Teams with a link provided for the public and in-person attendance.

Routine Items
 
a.
Resignation Updates
Clayton Rethlake was reinstated 3/8/2025
The board secretary provided an update from the last meeting that Clayton Rethlake was rehired to the Airport on 3/8/2025. The previous agenda stated that he resigned on March 27, 2025. 
 
b.
Oath
The oath was recited for the re-elected member (Bob Oberly).

Review and Approve Minutes
Review and approve the meeting minutes from the August 25, 2025, meeting.

Patrick Staskey motioned to approve the minutes from the August 25, 2025, meeting. Bob Oberly seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.

Patrick Staskey motioned to approve the minutes from the August 25, 2025, meeting. Bob Oberly seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.

New Business
Bob Oberly requested an examination of the eligibility for common-law marriage and whether it is recognized by PSPRS.

Bob Oberly motioned to adjourn the meeting at 12:47 p.m.
