Moved by Vice Mayor Miranda Sweet, seconded by Councilmember Anthony Garcia (virtual) to recess into Executive Session.

The Special Meeting (Executive Session) of the Flagstaff City Council held September 19, 2025, reconvened into Open Session at 2:00 p.m. at which time the meeting adjourned.
