Mayor Daggett called the Special Meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.

Discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3).

Legal advice regarding potential amendments to the City’s Drug and Alcohol Directive.
ii.
Legal advice regarding proposed wildfire resilient homes initiative program.

Adjournment
The Special Meeting (Executive Session) of the Flagstaff City Council held October 14, 2025, reconvened into Open Session at 1:56 p.m. at which time the meeting adjourned.
