Ms. Sara Dechter, Comprehensive & Neighborhood Planning Manager, presented on the Regional Land Use Plan 2045 and Election Information. Commissioners expressed appreciation for making information about the plan accessible.

Flagstaff Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Model Plans Library
Staff request ideas on ways to let Flagstaff community members know about the Library, as well as expand the ADU Model Plans Library and support the growth of ADUs in Flagstaff more broadly.

Ms. Genevieve Pearthree, Sustainability Analyst presented on the Flagstaff Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Model Plans Library and requested feedback on their outreach efforts. Commissioners asked questions and provided comment about the following:
- Site assessment to give homeowners an idea on if they’re a good candidate
- ADU code barriers have been largely resolved
- Growth of similar libraries in other communities
- Construction costs
- Interview people living in ADUs
- Building permit data for ADUs showing a majority built by developers
- Contact Realtor Association for outreach and education
- Clarity on fee for plan use and steps to build on website

Analysis of the Costs, Benefits, and Barriers to Building Highly Energy-Efficient and All-Electric Homes in Flagstaff, Arizona: Filling the Data Gap

Ms. Jennifer Mikelson, Housing Planning Manager, gave updates on the Adaptive Reuse and Rental Incentive Bond Programs and the Mill Town development agreement and rezoning ordinance.
Mr. Aidan Rutledge, Administrative Specialist, reminded the Commissioner about upcoming events including the Resource Fair on Wednesday 4/29, the Fair Housing Training on Thursday 4/30.
Ms. Marissa Molloy, Housing Specialist, gave an update on CDBG contracts, Employer Assisted Housing downpayment assistance funding, and upcoming downpayment assistance sales.
