Recess into Executive Session.
Moved by Mayor Jerry Nabours, seconded by Councilmember Karla Brewster to recess into Executive Session.
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously
The Flagstaff City Council recessed into Executive Session at 4:20 p.m.
