Moved by Mayor Jerry Nabours, seconded by Councilmember Karla Brewster to recess into Executive Session for legal advice re a Litigation Update, property negotiations re Veterans Home property; and personnel issues related to the City Attorney Contract Check-In.
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously
