Call to Order
Mayor Evans called the Special Meeting of January 31, 2017, to order at 4:00 p.m.

Recess into Executive Session.
Moved by Councilmember Eva Putzova, seconded by Vice Mayor Jamie Whelan to recess into Executive Session.
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously
The Flagstaff City Council recessed from Open Session at 4:00 p.m.
The Flagstaff City Council reconvened into Open Session at 5:50 p.m. and recessed again from Open Session at 9:55 p.m.
