Mayor Evans called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Moved by Councilmember Jim McCarthy, seconded by Vice Mayor Jamie Whelan to recess into Executive Session.
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously

The Flagstaff City Council recessed from Open Session at 5:24 p.m.
