Call to Order
Mayor Evans called the Special Meeting (Executive Session) of the Flagstaff City Council held June 13, 2017, to order at 3:00 p.m.

Moved by Councilmember Charlie Odegaard, seconded by Councilmember Jim McCarthy to recess into Executive Session.
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously

The Flagstaff City Council recessed into Executive Session at 3:00 p.m.
