Call to Order
Mayor Evans called the Special Meeting (Executive Session) of November 28, 2017, to order at 3:30 p.m.

Moved by Councilmember Jim McCarthy, seconded by Councilmember Celia Barotz to recess into Executive Session.

The Flagstaff City Council recessed into Executive Session at 3:31 p.m.
