Recess into Executive Session.
Moved by Councilmember Celia Barotz, seconded by Councilmember Scott Overton to recess into Executive Session.

The Flagstaff City Council recessed into Executive Session at 8:03 a.m.

Discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body; and discussion or consultation with the attorneys of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations, in pending or contemplated litigation or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation, pursuant to A.R.S. Sections 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4), respectively.

Consideration of Approval of Separation and Release Agreement for City Manager Josh Copley
Moved by Councilmember Scott Overton, seconded by Vice Mayor Jamie Whelan to approve the Separation and Release Agreement for City Manager Josh Copley.
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously
ii.
Possible Appointment of an Acting City Manager
Moved by Councilmember Eva Putzova, seconded by Councilmember Charlie Odegaard to appoint Barbara Goodrich as Acting City Manager.
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously
