Call to Order
Mayor Evans called the Special Meeting (Executive Session) of May 22, 2018, to order at 4:00 p.m.

NOTE: One or more Councilmembers may be in attendance telephonically or by other technological means.

Others present: Interim City Manager Barbara Goodrich and City Attorney Sterling Solomon.

Recess into Executive Session.
 

Moved by Councilmember Charlie Odegaard, seconded by Vice Mayor Jamie Whelan to recess into Executive Session.

The Flagstaff City Council recessed into Executive Session at 4:01 p.m.
